LRS.Excel: numeric cells read as decimal introduce floating-point precision noise (RTC-63072)
Excel Import Numeric Precision
Numeric values read from Excel files display and save with their intended precision, instead of picking up floating-point noise such as 80.260000000000005 instead of 80.26. This applies to Excel imports in Item Management and ItemServiceIntegration.
Unable to deselect articles in import/export view – incorrect articles get exported/imported (RTC-62457)
Import Item Grid Selection
Clicking an article in the import items grid selects or deselects only that article, and the number of articles reported and acted on by import, export to Excel, reject, revalidate, and fix item identifier errors always matches what is visually marked in the grid.
PriceControl: no store price suggestion created when a store price is changed after a matching future profile price already exists (RTC-61726)
Price Control Suggestions
Price Control shows a suggestion whenever a store's own price differs from the chain price. The comparison is re-checked every time the list is opened, so a store price changed after a chain price has been scheduled shows the suggestion immediately, without waiting for the chain price to be changed again. This resolves a case where a future chain price matching the store's current price at the time it was set would leave a later store price change unflagged, since no suggestion had originally been raised for that item. Suggestions where the store's price already matches the suggested amount stay hidden, so the list continues to show only prices that need attention.
Scheduled cost change plants a future store price with a stale sales price — warn the user when an existing future price will supersede a sales price change (RTC-62163)
Future Price Warning
Price import and price suggestion approval warn when a future store price already scheduled for an item will supersede the price being set, so the affected item can be reviewed and corrected before the scheduled price takes effect. When approving a single suggestion, a warning appears in the side panel with a link to the store price grid for the item; when approving multiple suggestions, a confirmation dialog lists the affected items with links to their store price grids.
Sales statistics popup blank on lindbaktest.com due to missing environment detection (RTC-62147)
Sales Statistics Popup
The Sales statistics popup resolves the correct Reporting environment URL dynamically, ensuring it displays correctly across test, development, and production environments.
Ingredient created from Edit Recipe grid is not visible in the add ingredient panel. (RTC-62174)
Recipe Ingredients
When adding a new ingredient directly from the recipe's ingredient list, the ingredient was created successfully, but the add-ingredient panel showed an error instead of letting you set its quantity. This has been fixed — a newly created ingredient now appears correctly in the add-ingredient panel right away, so you can enter the quantity and add it to the recipe without any error.
Store routines: Options under price button not visible when all three price windows are stacked (RTC-62281)
Store Routines
In Store Routines, the Prices and Local values menu buttons could become hidden behind an open price or local values window when several windows were open at the same time, making it impossible to select an option such as creating a promotion price. These menu buttons now always appear in front of any open windows, so store users can access all price and local value options no matter how many windows are open.
[ItemManagement] Hide draft items when adding item list to the offer (RTC-57885)
Status column added to item list to hide draft items in promotion offers
Added a 'Status' column to the item list view — displayed as the first column in the scrollable section. When the item list is opened from the Promotion module, a default filter is now applied to show only Active items (Draft items hidden).
Store group level, code and name not displayed correctly in Store routines (RTC-61224)
Store Routines – Price Windows
In Store Routines, the Active price, Planned price, and Price history windows now show the correct store group level, code, and name for periods where a promotion — rather than the regular price — determines what the customer pays. Promotions that apply chain-wide are now labelled "All stores" instead of showing the wrong specific store, zone, or profile.
Gross profit (both amount and percentage) is not calculated correctly when in promotion in Store routines (RTC-61226)
Store Routines – Price Windows
When viewing an item's Active price, Planned price or Price history window in Store Routines, the gross profit amount and percentage now update to reflect the price that is actually active, including campaign and member promotion prices. Previously, gross profit kept showing the figure for the ordinary price even while a promotion was running, so the margin appeared unchanged when it had actually dropped. Items that are not on promotion are unaffected.
IM: "Member prices excluded/included" toggle in price windows (Store Routines) (RTC-61779)
Store Routines — Member Prices Toggle in Price Windows
The Active, Planned, and Price History price windows include a toggle to show effective prices with member-reserved promotions excluded or included. Member prices excluded is the default each time a window opens; in this mode, member-reserved promotions do not compete for the best price, and periods that would otherwise show a member price merge into the surrounding ordinary or campaign period. In Member prices included, member-reserved promotions compete alongside ordinary and campaign prices as before. Each window's toggle is independent, and the selected mode is not saved between sessions.
Item declaration: Not enough space in form for text (RTC-62168)
Store Routines — Item Declaration Form
Longer nutrition and allergen names in the Item Declaration form wrap onto multiple lines and display in full, with the form laid out to accommodate the additional space.
IM: Creating/loading a store price for an item without a VAT code returns 500 instead of a validation error (RTC-62587)
Store price creation
Saving an item without an active VAT code for the given store group shows a specific error message identifying the issue, making it easier to resolve.
Add convenience options in Store routines grid, for filtering possibilities (RTC-62167)
Store Routines — Convenience Food Item Columns
The Store Routines grid includes three new columns — Ingredient item, Recipe item, and Menu item — indicating whether an item is used as part of the convenience food range, each shown as a tick and filterable, so recipe items or menu items can be listed independently. The columns are hidden by default and can be enabled from the column menu.
Price windows: scrollbar hit-area is offset, requires hovering just above the scrollbar to scroll (RTC-62452)
Store Routines — Pop-up Window Scrolling
Scrolling in Store Routines pop-up windows, including Active price, Planned price, and Price history, works reliably when pointing directly at the scrollbar. Resizing occurs only when grabbing the window's actual edge or corner, which remain as easy to grab as before.
IM: Incorrect active retail price in Price Control grid (RTC-62823)
Price Control
In the Price Control grid, the "active" retail price shown next to a price suggestion could be out of date when the suggestion's start date was already in the past — the grid was comparing the suggested price against whatever price used to be active on that start date, rather than the price that is active in the store today. This also made the calculated price difference, margin impact, and status for the suggestion incorrect. This has been fixed: for suggestions with a start date in the past, the active price shown is now always the price currently in effect, so the comparison and its calculated differences are accurate. Suggestions with a start date still in the future continue to be compared against the price expected to be active on that future date.
IM: remove old job logs in Janitor job (RTC-62284)
System Maintenance
The solution keeps an internal record of every scheduled job run, for example price suggestion runs and search updates. These records are now removed automatically once they are older than six months, so the stored history no longer grows without limit and the solution stays responsive over time. No items, prices or other business data are affected.
View GTIN/View Item unclickable after navigating in Store Routines (RTC-62732)
Store Routines
In the Effective Prices grid in Store Routines, the View Item and View GTIN options in a row's three-dot menu would stop working after opening an item and then navigating back using the breadcrumbs — reloading the page was the only workaround. This has been fixed, so these options now work correctly right after navigating back. The View Promotions option in the same menu now also appears only for rows that actually have an active promotion, as intended.
IM: Manage allergens and nutritions as store local values UI (RTC-60498)
Item Declaration Management
A store's Weight Declaration, Nutrition, and Allergen details are managed from a dedicated Item Declaration view, opened from the Item Declaration row in a store's Local Values, which appears once local values have been set for that store. The view has a Local tab for the store's own values and a Source tab showing the chain's standard declaration for comparison. Each of the three sections has its own menu for clearing or resetting values, with a confirmation step before either action takes effect: clearing empties the store's entries for that section while keeping them store-specific, and resetting replaces the store's values with a fresh copy of the chain's current values; both actions save immediately once confirmed. View-only access to store-specific values allows opening this view without editing rights. The store overview grid gains two optional columns, Nutrition and Allergens, showing which stores have their own local values.
Valid From and Valid To is not displayed correctly for promotion prices in Store routines grid (RTC-61231)
Store Routines - Price effective date
In Store Routines, the Valid From and Valid To columns in an item's price window now show the correct dates when the displayed price comes from a promotion or member campaign. Previously, these columns always showed the ordinary price's validity period, even when a promotion or member price was the one actually being shown, so the dates did not match. This is now fixed across the Active price, Planned price, and Price history windows.
[Item management] Adjust item search + column picker (RTC-39053)
Item Search Window
The item search window has a consistent, updated look throughout ChainWeb. It is wider, showing more of each item at a glance, and adapts to fit smaller browser windows. Columns can be resized by dragging and reordered as preferred, and the list scrolls horizontally so no columns are cut off, with the "+" column staying fixed in place. The "Name" column is renamed to "Item text," and the column selection box is larger and easier to search.
IM: Show containing bundles on the item details page (RTC-62310)
Contained in Bundle(s)
The item details page shows a "Contained in bundle(s)" section, listing and linking to all bundles that contain the item. This resolves an issue where bundle membership was not displayed correctly alongside bundle contents.

IM: Not matching VAT rate in store price creation (RTC-63063)
Store Price Save on VAT Rates
Store prices save correctly for items on VAT rates that were previously affected by a rounding mismatch between the VAT percent and VAT code rate, such as 55%, 14%, and 29%.
