# About

Self Service Monitor is an app that provides the employees in the store with a tool to get better control over the self-checkout area. The app will show all active sales taking place in EG Self-checkout and allow the employee to trigger controls, respond to alarms and be notified about significant events happening in the self-checkout registers. The app allows employees to handle events in self-checkout registers from a distance, without having to interrupt the customer's sale.

The app is currently available for iOS and Android, both for smaller devices and tablets.
