New deliveries can be created manually for deliveries for which there was no purchase order. It can be done both from the Package tab and the Order tab within the “Delivery” page.

The "New delivery" dialog opens.

Select "Store", the store if you have access to more than one store, where the delivery should be delivered.

Select the "Store" you want to do the delivery to if you have access to more than one store.

Select "Order type", you have the following options: Replenishment, Preorder, and Internal transfer.

Select "Supplier".

Click on Create, to create a new delivery. The Delivery detail's view opens, it has status "Draft".

Add items

In Delivery details view you can add the items that should be a part of the delivery.

Items are added by clicking Add item. The "Find item" dialog opens. You can search for the item e.g., by item text or GTIN in the search field.

Search result is displayed:

Select wanted item. The item is added and expanded. It displays more information about the item.

Active wholesale price for the item is automatically added if the item has price. Focus is on" Quantity" when the price is successfully found and 0 % is automatically entered in the discount field. If the item does not have a price the user must add wholesales price.

Manual deliveries can be edited until the delivery is submitted. Deletion of the last line in manual deliveries is blocked.

When the new delivery is created, then a Purchase order with status "Confirmed" is created alongside the new delivery. Such an order cannot be edited through the Purchase order details. At the top of such purchase orders, you get information about that it is created from a manual delivery, and there is a link to the delivery where you can edit the delivery.
