This has been corrected so that Klarna refunds and returns from Chain Web now complete successfully, with the correct net amount sent to Klarna. --- ## EG POS v. 4.0.0.14571 > [!TIP] > Released 13 March 2026 **Updated Klarna API connection for Kustom partner support** [(RTP-46000)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-46000) The Klarna payment integration has been updated to support Klarna’s new Kustom partner API connection. A new parameter KlarnaKustomPartnerId has been added and related configuration updates have been made in POS, POS Services, POS Master database, and ChainWeb Backoffice. These improvements ensure the POS continues to connect correctly with Klarna and process Klarna payments without interruption. --- ## EG POS v. 4.0.0.14570 > [!TIP] > Released 28 January 2026 **Customer order SMS** [(RTP-43238)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-43238) Customer orders created in POS no longer trigger Click and Collect type of SMS being sent out to customer. It prevents customer's confusion regarding the order. Click and Collect type of SMS are sent only for this kind of order, not others. **Customer order view shows only active orders** [(RTP-31633)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-31633) The POS customer order view shows only active orders. Orders that are delivered and completed are removed from the list. This gives a clear and accurate overview of orders that still require action and helps staff focus on current work without confusion. **NorwegianTollQuotaGroups parameter changes** [(RTP-45215)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-45215) “NorwegianTollQuotaGroups” parameter in POS accepts both ‘dot’ and ‘comma’ as a decimal separator, so that quota in POS is correctly calculated. This decimal separator change only affects this one parameter. Other are unchanged. **Signature handling with SignoTec signature pad** [(RTP-44313)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-44313) When a SignoTec signature pad is configured, customers sign digitally whenever the POS requires a signature. If the connection to the signature pad is temporarily lost, EG POS automatically restores the connection. During the connection loss, a message informs the user that the receipt requires a manual signature on the paper receipt. The API call also includes an updated header to match ClearOn's new requirements. All stores using ClearOn coupons must upgrade EG POS to continue registering these coupons correctly. This version improves synchronization between POS, SDK, and the payment terminal, which reduces the risk of them getting out of sync during transactions. Relevant existing parameter in POS Configuration: “PayTerminalType” = 'SwedbankPay' **Receipt numbers for deleted Click & Collect orders** [(RTP-34836)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-34836) Deleted Click & Collect orders are saved with a receipt using the correct receipt number. This keeps the receipt sequence accurate and complete. **Improving performance of get last 500 receipts** [(RTP-40457)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-40457) Retrieving the last 500 receipts on the EG POS register returns a complete and continuous list with accurate timestamps, consistent with the way data is shown in Chain Web's Receipt Journal. **Exchange rate handling for returns** [(RTP-40610)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-40610) When a purchase is made in foreign currency, the return uses the same exchange rate as on the original receipt. This keeps the refund amount consistent and avoids financial mismatches. To prevent incorrect use of the buy rate, configure the POS so that returns and sales do not happen on the same receipt. Use the parameter “ReturnItemsInSeparateReceipt**”=**True or “EUWhiteWashPreventionEnabled”**=**True **Random control and approving quota in the same transaction** [(RTP-40235)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-40235) The order of operations has been changed to first confirm the quota. This ensures that if a random control is triggered later, there is no risk of approving a quota that has been exceeded. **Search Item** [(RTP-39090)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-39090) When searching an item by its name, the items that match the search string appears on the screen. This will improve the user experience and will speed up the checkout process. Need for entering the EAN number or scanning the barcode to fetch the item details every time is eliminated. **Improved handling of member cards and GltAera codes** [(RTP-42016)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-42016) POS has been updated to better handle member identification. GltAera codes are now controlled by the parameter **GltAeraPaymentServiceUrl**: - If the parameter is empty, GltAera codes are not parsed and will be treated as invalid. - If the parameter has a value, GltAera codes work as before and correctly add the member. This prevents invalid or unwanted member numbers from being added to receipts in both manned and self-service modes. **Improved memory handling** [(RTP-39820)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-39820) Opening and closing the PLU list using the OPEN_NEW_PLU_LIST function no longer causes a steady increase in memory usage. This avoids logging out the cashier too early in cases where the customer takes time to finish the payment, such as using a phone app, and keeps the payment summary visible on screen for the cashier. This ensures smoother order processing and prevents interruptions when handling eSale items in the POS. #### Improvement POS Server **Bug SubtotalDiscount missing when BeginCartEditing is called has been fixed** [(RTP-39402)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTP-39402) SubtotalDiscount was missing when BeginCartEditing was being called for calculation of the cart, leading to wrong calculation. This makes it possible to complete the receipt using a different payment method. Pressing the Cancel button once usually aborts the transaction. If this does not work, pressing it a second time shows how many seconds are left before the abort attempt is cancelled. This countdown is set by the 'BankReceiveTimeOutInSeconds' parameter (default is 120 seconds). When the countdown ends, pressing Cancel a third time sends a reset to Baxi. If the reset does not restore the connection, the transaction is aborted automatically and EG POS returns to the Payment screen.
