Previously, the button was always visible, which could be confusing — tapping it when no more orders existed had no effect and left users unsure whether further orders should appear. What changed: - The **Load more** button is hidden once all picking orders have been loaded. - The button continues to work as expected when more picking orders are available. **Campaign Start and End time** [(RTM-11065)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-11065) When creating a local price campaign in the InStore app, both the start date and end date can include a specific time. This makes it possible to control exactly when a campaign starts and ends. The campaign form includes date and time selection for both the start and end of the campaign. The default start time is 00:00 and the end time is 23:59 unless another time is selected. The selected start and end times are sent to Chain Classic and applied to the local promotion. Chain Classic time handling: - Times between 23:58 and 00:00 are set to 23:58. - Times between 00:00 and 00:01 are set to 00:01. Improvements: - Submitting a local campaign completes without error messages and saved in Chain Classic. - Price updates process correctly. - Campaign dates and times display correctly in the user interface, including longer date and time values. > [!NOTE] > Requirement: > > - Chain Integration package v. **1.6.0** > - Chain Classic 2.2 patch 20 (Chain Classic 2.2.0.20) **Fixed: Order picking status retained after cancellation** [(RTM-13373)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13373) Previously, cancelling a partially picked order reset the entire order, causing previously picked items to lose their status. Now, when a picking session is cancelled, the order returns to its prior state — partially picked items retain their status, and only the remaining items are available for picking. **Updated cancellation confirmation dialogue** The cancel picking dialogue has been updated to clearly communicate what happens when a session is cancelled: > **Cancel picking?** The current picking session will be canceled and its changes will be lost. The orders will return to their previous status. **Bug fix - Storage selection in Put back transactions** [(RTM-13575)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13575) The storage list in Put Back transactions scrolls correctly when the number of storage options exceeds the visible screen area. This ensures all available storage locations remain accessible for selection. **Finnish language support** [(RTM-13453)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13453) The InStore App (on-premise) now includes full Finnish (FI) language support. All previously untranslated user interface expressions have been identified and translated into Finnish, ensuring a consistent and localized experience for Finnish-speaking users. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.392 > [!TIP] > Released 26 May 2026 > > *Version requirements can be found in this Jira:* [*(RTC-55316)*](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTC-55316) **Fixed: Scroll Issue in Item Search and Storage Search** [(RTM-13538)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13538) Resolved an issue in the Instore OnPrem item search and Storage search where touch/swipe scrolling (hold and slide) was not functioning correctly on mobile devices and browsers. *(Backporting of* [*(RTM-13028)*](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13028)*)* **Fixed: Scroll issue in Item search** [(RTM-13028)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13028) Resolved an issue in the Instore OnPrem item search where touch/swipe scrolling (hold and slide) was not functioning correctly on mobile devices and browsers. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.452 > [!TIP] > Released 26 May 2026 > > *Version requirements can be found in this Jira:* [*(RTC-58935)*](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTC-58935) **Control of partial picking in Goods receival** [(RTM-13503)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13503) A parameter “allowForPartiallyPickGoodsReceival” controls how Goods receival handles order lines. When partial picking is allowed, each line can be handled individually: - Setting quantity to 0 and confirming registers the line with 0 quantity - Setting the quantity to 0 without confirming leaves the line unpicked and removes it from the receipt. This supports flexible handling when not all goods are received. When partial picking is not allowed, order lines with quantity 0 must be confirmed before completing goods receival. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.462 > [!TIP] > Released 12 May 2026 *Version requirements can be found in this Jira:* [*(RTC-59054)*](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTC-59054) **Improved stability in Receive Goods** [(RTM-12853)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-12853) Exception handling in the Receive Goods module (WCF) has been broadened to cover a wider range of POS API failure scenarios. The application now responds gracefully to unexpected service errors rather than failing the entire goods receival flow. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.461 > [!TIP] > Released 6 May 2026 *Version requirements can be found in this Jira:* [*(RTC-58123)*](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTC-58123) *and* [*(RTC-58889)*](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTC-58889) #### **Gift-Wrapping information display in order picking** [(RTM-12118)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-12118) The InStore app now supports gift-wrapping for customer orders. Store staff can see gift-wrapping instructions directly on each order line throughout the picking process, including whether items should be wrapped **Separately** (each item individually) or **Together** (all as one package), making it easy for staff to handle gift orders accurately and efficiently. #### Improvements **Control of partial picking in Goods receival** [(RTM-13142)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13142) A parameter ***allowForPartiallyPickGoodsReceival*** controls how goods receival handles order lines. When partial picking is allowed, each line can be handled individually: - Setting quantity to 0 and confirming registers the line with 0 quantity. - Setting the quantity to 0 without confirming leaves the line unpicked and removes it from the receipt. This supports flexible handling when not all goods are received. When partial picking is not allowed, order lines with quantity 0 must be confirmed before completing goods receival. **Remove or replace order lines during picking** [(RTM-12090)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-12090) Order lines can be removed or replaced during picking for Pick and Collect, Pick and Collect Central Warehouse, and C&C orders. This supports situations where items are unavailable or need to be excluded or substituted before completion. Removing or replacing an order line updates the order and recalculates totals to reflect the current items. **Manage orders during picking** [(RTM-12712)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-12712) Rejecting an order during picking opens a popup with options to delete the order or request a replacement from the central warehouse. Deleting the order stops further processing, while requesting a replacement continues fulfillment through the central warehouse. Order lines can also be removed during picking. The order total and payment update automatically to match the delivered items. **Order picking sorting** [(RTM-13122)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13122) The Order Picking view resets to the default sorting after reload, even when a different sorting is selected. The **OrderPickingDefaultSorting** parameter (InStore App) defines the default sorting in the Order Picking view. Supported values are **CreatedDate** (default) and **PickUpDate**, allowing the sorting to match store workflows. **Cashiers unable to log in to InStore App after changing their PIN** [(RTM-13358)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13358) Cashiers at on-prem stores were unable to log in to InStore App after changing their PIN on the POS terminal. Despite entering the correct PIN, they received a login error — even though the same PIN worked fine on POS. This has now been fixed. Cashiers can log in to InStore App using their current PIN, regardless of whether they changed it through POS. **PAC Order picking with pending arrival** [(RTM-13173)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13173) PAC orders allow picking even when quantity is reduced and a new picking task exists. This prevents blocking the picking process. For PAC orders with pending arrival, picking completes only when the order status is delivered. This ensures that items expected from incoming deliveries are handled correctly before completion. **PAC.CW Order line handling** [(RTM-13173)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13173) PAC.CW order types support deletion of order lines. Reducing quantity is not available, which avoids creating additional picking tasks and keeps order handling simple. **Fixed: Scroll issue in Item search** [(RTM-13028)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13028) Resolved an issue in the Instore OnPrem item search where touch/swipe scrolling (hold and slide) was not functioning correctly on mobile devices and browsers. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.451 > [!TIP] > Released 22 April 2026 *Version requirements can be found in this Jira:* [*(RTC-58347)*](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTC-58347) #### **Gift-Wrapping information display in order picking** [(RTM-13362)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13362) The InStore app now supports gift-wrapping for customer orders. Store staff can see gift-wrapping instructions directly on each order line throughout the picking process, including whether items should be wrapped **Separately** (each item individually) or **Together** (all as one package), making it easy for staff to handle gift orders accurately and efficiently. #### Improvement **Cashiers unable to log in to InStore App after changing their PIN** [(RTM-13358)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-13358) Cashiers at on-prem stores were unable to log in to InStore App after changing their PIN on the POS terminal. Despite entering the correct PIN, they received a login error — even though the same PIN worked fine on POS. This has now been fixed. Cashiers can log in to InStore App using their current PIN, regardless of whether they changed it through POS. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.450 > [!TIP] > Released 16 March 2026 **Order picking - Order summary** [(RTM-12699)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-12699) The **Number of bags** field in Order Summary shows 1 as a default value during order picking. The value can be changed when needed. This ensures that PAC, PAC CW, and Click & Collect orders can be confirmed without errors and supports a smoother order handling process. **Text improvements** [(RTM-12589)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-12589) Terminology is updated to reflect a clearer meaning of the function. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.441 > [!TIP] > Released 18 February 2026 #### Handout of prepaid orders in InStore App [(RTM-10242)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-10242) Store employees hand out prepaid orders directly in the InStore App by marking the package as delivered. When the package is marked as delivered, the order status updates automatically in Chain Web. This keeps order status aligned across systems and supports a smooth handout process for prepaid orders. #### Improvements **Scan order number in Order picking search** [(RTM-12436)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-12436) The Order picking search page now supports scanning barcodes that contain an order number. When a barcode is scanned, the order number is automatically populated and the search is initiated immediately. This enhancement streamlines the picking workflow by reducing manual entry, improving speed, and making it easier to locate the correct order during the picking process. **System Administrator access to all InStore App roles** [(RTM-9520)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-9520) The System Administrator role in Management pages includes access to all available InStore App roles. This includes the ability to log in to the InStore App using user ID and PIN. This ensures that System Administrators can configure, manage, and support all InStore App login methods and permissions from one role. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.421 > [!TIP] > **Release 10 December 2025** #### Backend for filtering on available order lines [[RTM-11776]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-11776) To use the filter on available order lines (to only show available orders with available order lines) we have: - Expanded CustomerOrderLine with quantity available column. - Created a LIP job to import information from Cloud Inventory Service. - Filter based on order line quantity and available quantity in Instore Backend Controller Implementing Backend for filter with available order line. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.420 > [!TIP] > Release 27 November 2025 ###### Release Notes 2.0 said: **Text improvements** [[RTM-11064]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-11064) Terminology is updated to reflect a clearer meaning of the function. Two new filtering options are available in the order picking popup to help staff focus on specific areas or locations when preparing orders. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/5c3fbf4a-b177-42ef-a5c9-ab5c60ca2ba9/Images/Documentation/image-GHXSSW45.png) #### Set Aside Partially Picked Orders in Multipicking [[RTM-11289]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-11289) Partially picked orders can be set aside directly from the multipicking view. This makes it easier to pause work on unfinished orders and return to them later without losing progress. #### Order picking improvements [[RTM-10382]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-10382) Orders display sorted by *Created* by default, making it easier to follow the order in which they are received. A **Pick All** button lets staff pick all items in an order without scanning each one, and a popup appears when all items are picked. Each order includes a dropdown menu to adjust options such as order placement. A **Confirm All** slider allows all orders to be confirmed at once, while it remains possible to complete picking for a single order separately. #### Presenting orders that can be picked [[RTM-11531]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-11531) Orders are presented with alphabetical order sequence in order picking. If an order has no order lines and no letters in name the order does not appear. #### Extended Click &Collect label for order picking [[RTM-11287]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-11287) The shipping label has two new fields to help user identify placement of order. They are: - PlacementOfOrder - OrderPickingIdentifier #### Method for Picking Multiple Orders [[RTM-10136]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-10136) [[RTM-11288]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-11288) A method is available for handling the picking of multiple orders. It returns a result indicating whether the picking for each order completes successfully. Some UI changes has been implemented. For example from “finish picking” page user has options to go to order details and pause order. #### Placement display for picked orders [[RTM-10044]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-10044) The placement of picked orders (C&C, PAC, PAC.CW) displays in both the Customer Order view and the Package Deliveries view. This helps store staff quickly see where each picked order is placed for easier handling and delivery. #### Improvement ***Log in to InStore with PIN* role is enabled in *SystemAdministrator* role** [[RTM-9520]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-9520) *SystemAdmin* role has access to all possible roles, including *Log in to InStore with PIN* role. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.401 > [!TIP] > Released 10th of September 2025 #### **Pause Orders During Multipick** [[RTM-11390]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-11390) Orders can be paused while picking in multipick mode. This allows the picker to temporarily stop and resume the process when needed. The popup for order placement is adjusted to support this function and provide clearer guidance during picking. #### **Shelf Locations in Order** Picking [[RTM-10043]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-10043) Shelf locations display during order picking to make it easier to find items in the store. In order details and during picking, only the main shelf location appears to guide the picker efficiently. In item details, all available shelf locations display to provide a full overview of where each item is stored. #### Improvements **Pick order button removed for delivered orders** [[RTM-11153]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-11153) Delivered orders only display delivery details. The pick order button is removed to prevent actions on orders that are already delivered. --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.400 > [!TIP] > Released 9 September 2025 #### Handling PAC Orders with Partial Availability in InStore App [[RTM-9794]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-9794) PAC orders that contain items not yet available display as **Pending Arrival**. These orders remain possible to pick, even if some items are missing. A dedicated filter helps identify and manage such orders efficiently. #### New filters in order picking - Delivery method, one line order, max nr of orders [[RTM-9373]](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-9373) Order picking in InStore App includes three new filter options: - **Delivery method** – choose from available delivery methods when using multipick. - **Max number of orders** – limit how many orders are selected when pressing **Select all**. - **One line order** – show only orders that include a single order line (excluding deleted or non-sale lines). These filters make it easier to control which orders are displayed and picked. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/5c3fbf4a-b177-42ef-a5c9-ab5c60ca2ba9/Images/Documentation/image-9KHYXKKL.png) --- ## InStore App v. 2.10.390 > [!TIP] > Released 30 June 2025 #### Technical release notes - Shelf locations **Import shelf locations to db** [(RTM-10041)](https://jira.eg.dk/browse/RTM-10041) Shelf locations (Area, Type and Number) are properly imported.
