Age Group from Item Management is now imported into POS Master
An Age group set on an item in Item Management is now carried through the item import into POS Master. The value exported by Item Management (Adults or Children) is mapped onto the item import record and written to the item in POS Master, so age-restricted items keep their age classification all the way from Item Management to the POS Master item register.
Previously, the field was exported by Item Management but not picked up by the import, so it stayed empty in POS Master.
Mix 42 - Pay with customer card and get additional payback on selected items
Mix 42 offers from Promotion Management are now imported and replicated to the registers: the payback amount, the selected condition items and the member requirement are carried into the POS discount group (BonusRewardAmount), enabling additional payback on the selected items for customer-card payments.
Mix 46 - Pay with customer card and get additional payback on all items
Mix 46 offers from Promotion Management are now imported and replicated to the registers: the percent payback applies to all items (the importer generates the internal catch-all item entry automatically) with the member requirement carried into the POS discount group (BonusRewardPercent).
Mix 33 Multiple items
When setting up a Mix 33 promotion, two item groups need to be selected: one group with the item that triggers the mix when added to the sale, and one group with the items that receive the discount.
In Chain Classic only one item could be used in the discounted group. In Promotion Management users can now select multiple items for this group, allowing several products to be discounted together within the same mix promotion.

Mix 105 Promotion Support
A new promotion type, "Mix 105", is now supported, combining weight-based and subtotal-based discount conditions with flexible reward calculation (percentage, fixed amount, or per-kilogram pricing).
Users can now import and apply Mix 105 promotions directly from Promotions exports, alongside existing mix types.

Discount on discount for mix 10/13/39
The Promotion Management field discountOnDiscount is now imported for mix types 10, 13 and 39 and stored on the discount group (IsOverlayDiscountGroup).
When enabled, these mixes grant their discount on top of items that already carry another discount.
When disabled or not present, the current behaviour is preserved, so existing offers are unaffected.

"IsMember" column
New "IsMember" column has been added to CloudPersonalCustomerRelationship and FlatCloudCustomer tables in order to be able to determine whether customer is a member based on if customer blob has any memberships now.

Improvments
Allergen import from Item Management (RTP-52450)
Allergens configured on items in Item Management are now imported into POS and linked to their ingredients. Each allergen carries its content status (Does not contain / Might contain / Contains) and multi-culture names (DK, EN, NO, SE), so allergen information can be surfaced for recipe and menu items in POS.

Support very high prices in price imports (RTP-34327)
Widened the staging price columns used during price import (previously limited to 9,999,999.99) to match the price range already supported downstream, so a single unusually high price value no longer causes the entire import batch to fail. All other prices in the same batch now import correctly regardless of one outlier value.
MixMatch campaign files with large item-quantity thresholds (RTP-46397)
The ChainFilesLoader job now processes MixMatch campaigns whose number of items for discount is 10 or greater. The bulk-load format definition for this field was widened to match the database column (DECIMAL(7,3)), so campaigns such as "Buy 55" or "Buy 126" load without bulk-insert warnings in the cloud import path, while continuing to work as before in the on-premise POS import.

Import of serial number and batch number requirement flags
POS Import imports the "Complaint requires serial number" and "Complaint requires batch number" flags from Item Management. The flags are carried through the staging layer (staging.FlatVPI) into dbo.item, so the POS knows when a serial or batch number must be captured during a complaint. Each flag is handled independently and can be set, updated or cleared through a standard item import.
Active substance now imported to POS
Active substances defined on items are now imported and applied in POS. The "Allowed number in receipt" (max quantity) configured on an active substance in the item register is propagated through to POS, so the per-customer limit on articles sharing the same active substance reflects the configured value instead of always defaulting to 1.
Adding, updating and removing an active substance on an item are all reflected in POS after import.
Improvements
Import of service codes (recommended actions) for Complaint (RTP-43636)
POS Import now imports the service codes and recommended action codes defined in Item Management, together with the recommended service locations and technicians and the per-item recommendation attributes (recommended service code, action code, location, technician and FAQ flag). The imported data is persisted in the POS database so POS can guide cashiers through the complaint / recommended-actions flow and display the correct recommended actions per item. Additions, updates, changes and removals of service codes are all handled.
Campaign price offer description shown in POS (RTP-46529)
Campaign price offers now display their offer description in POS, consistent with how mix offers are shown. Previously the campaign price offer showed the campaign ID instead of the descriptive offer text. The offer name/description is now imported and processed correctly so cashiers and customers see a meaningful description (e.g. "Promotion price") in the discount/offer dialog.
Promotions – Sales channel import (RTP-38412)
Promotions imported from Promotions Management (Cloud) now carry their sales channel, so an offer can be made available only in selected sales channels (e.g. self-service/Shop & Go, Cashier, WebShop, MobilePhone). The channel is stored on the price condition and used to trigger the offer only in the chosen channel(s), with support for updating and removing channels.
Support for very long multicountry Product information texts (RTP-28719)
POS Import now supports very long multicountry Product Information texts (product features, advertisement and technical information across languages). Items with large amounts of localized product information are imported in full, without truncation, and are processed correctly into the POS database. Previously, such items could fail to import when the product information text exceeded the supported length.

Menu and recipe item removal
It was not previously possible to remove ingredients from recipe items or remove items from menus using POS Import, making it impossible to fully edit already created menus.
Users can now remove ingredients from recipe items and remove items from menus without issues, enabling complete editing of existing menus.
Cloud Customers - organizations
Import of a cloud organization has been implemented.
Thanks to it business customer can have an organization connected to it.
Business customer contact person sync
It was not previously possible to remove contact persons from business customers in POS Master — contacts deleted in the cloud would remain as stale records in the local database.
Users can now expect contact persons to be fully synchronized, so additions and removals made in the cloud are correctly reflected in POS Master after the next sync.

Cloud customer identity update (RTP-47615)
Previously, the import process did not fully account for all identifier fields when processing cloud customer identity data.
This has been corrected so that cloud customer identity imports now reflect the updated Customer Service contract structure.

Campaign prices with max quantity
Added support for the "max quantity per receipt" attribute on campaign prices and member prices imported into POS. Both import paths are covered:
staging.FlatCampaignGroup (kampgr.* files) - existing AmountLimitPerReceipt value is now propagated to MaxNumberOfConditionItemsForDiscount on discountgroup.
staging.FlatPrice (pris.* files) - new MaxQuantity column added and populated through the import flow.
Supplier overrides at store group level on Items
Added support for importing and resolving item suppliers defined at the storegroup level (Profile, Team, Price Zone and Store) in addition to the existing chain-wide Common supplier.
Each store now reports the correct vendorID in POS XML based on the lowest-matching store group it belongs to.
Convenience Menu Sales - Add multicountry support
Support for multi-country text in convenience menu sales has been added to POS Import.

The ImportSelfServiceMediaFromQBank job has been updated to handle datetime values in a language-independent format when inserting synchronization time into the [staging].[QbankSynchronizationTime] table. Previously, the datetime conversion could fail with an "out-of-range value" error depending on the SQL Server language settings of the service user. The job now properly inserts datetime values regardless of the configured language.

Refactored date and time handling in staging (RTP-44190)
Date and time handling in staging has been refactored to support full date formats while maintaining backward compatibility with Chain Classic 2-digit year codes. Item Master import now supports full date handling, making it possible to distinguish between years such as 1901, 2001, and 2101.
