Register items
Items are registered either by scanning or searching for items.
Scan an item, the item will be registered in the sales order.
Tap Finish when all the items have been registered in the Sales Order.
Searching for items
Tap the “Search icon” at the bottom of the screen. The search screen will pop up.
Enter search text – You can, for example, search for item text and EAN. Search results are shown dynamically as search text is entered.
Tap the relevant item, the item will be registered in the sales order.
Selling unit items
Scan or search for an item.
If the item is a unit item, the “Enter quantity” dialog will open. Register the number of kg and tap Add. You can register values with a period.
The item line will be updated with the specified value.
The weight of an item can be changed by tapping Change weight.
The “Change weight” dialog will open. You can set the weight per unit and the number by which it should be multiplied. The total weight will be calculated.
Tap Confirm to confirm the change. The change will be updated in the screen.
Selling items by the meter
Scan or search for an item.
If the item is a sell by meter item, the “Enter amount” dialog will open. Register the number of meters of the item and tap Add.
The item line will be updated with the specified value.
The length of an item can be changed by tapping Change length.
The “Change length” dialog will open. You can set the length per unit and the number by which it should be multiplied. The total length will be calculated.
Tap Confirm to confirm the change. The change will be updated in the screen.
Sell items with a manual discount
You can manually discount an item. You can choose between specifying a discount as a percentage, amount, or new price.
Register item.
To give a discount, tap the desired item to open the “Item Details” screen.
Tap the Discount button at the bottom of the screen. The “Discount” screen will open. The screen has three tabs, one for each type of discount.
Tap the tab for the relevant type of discount.
Specify the discount; Percent, Amount or New price depending on the type of discount.
Tap the Give discount button. The discount will be registered, and the item line will display the discount and the discounted price.
Add bundle
Bundles can be registered in sales orders.
Tap the More button at the bottom left and then tap Register bundle.
Register bundle will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Scan or search to add the items that will be included in the bundle.
When an item is added to the bundle, the Cancel bundle button will change to a Finish bundle button.
NB!
You can return to the Sales order by tapping Cancel BEFORE you add an item. However, once an item has been added you cannot return before the bundle has been finished.
Tap the Finish bundle button to continue registering the bundle.
The “Finish bundle” dialog will open. Enter the price and bundle name.
Tap Continue to complete registration of the bundle.
The bundle will be registered in the sales order. In the screen you will see that there is a bundle, and the number of item lines included in the bundle.
You can view the items included in the bundle by tapping the bundle line.
Gift receipt
You can select items that need a gift receipt.
Tap the More button and then tap Gift receipt.
The “Select items for gift receipt” dialog will open.
Tick the items that require a gift receipt. Tap Confirm.
The items that require a gift receipt will be marked with the text “Gift receipt” in the registration screen.
A receipt and gift receipt can be printed out after payment has been completed, or a digital receipt and gift receipt can be sent to the customer.
Returns
Returns can be registered in Sales order, whether the sale has been registered or on the same receipt as the sale.
Tap the More button and then tap Return.
“Return item” is displayed at the top of the screen.
Scan or search for items being returned.
When the item has been registered, the “Select reason code” screen will open. Select a reason code.
The “Select action code” screen will then open. Select an action code.
6. The screen for registering price will open. Specify the price and tap Finish.
The return will be registered in the sales order.
End the Sales order in the normal way by tapping Finish and choosing how to end the sale.
NB!
If the Sales order just contains returns, you can only put the receipt on hold.
Delete items
You can delete items from a sales order.
Option 1:
Swipe left on the relevant line.
Delete the item by tapping the “bin icon” to the right of the line.
The item will be deleted from the sales order.
Option 2:
Tap the relevant item, the “Item details” screen will open.
Delete the item by tapping the “Delete icon” at the bottom left of the screen.
NB!
If the receipt is retrieved in POS, the deleted item will be shown as a deleted item line.
