Search for and manage item in promotions

The “Item in promotions” register gives you an overview of items that currently are in a promotion. You can see if the item is part of multiple promotions where the period overlaps, and check details for overlapping promotions.

Promotions can also be opened from this view by clicking in the "Promotion name" or "Offer name" column.   

Search for item

You can search for items using the filters in each column, for example the “Promotion name” filter.

Check overlapping promotions

You can click on the "eye icon" if you want to view details for selected item. The "Overlapping promotion" dialog opens. It shows details of selected items and selected promotions.

It also presents other promotions that contain this item and overlap period with the selected promotion. There is a possibility to open details of promotion by pressing a link in the dialog.

View offers created for Item group

It is possible to switch to Item group level to see offers on Item groups. Click on the "Item group" link on the right above the overview.

Then the overview display offers created for Item groups. You can change back to the item view by clicking on the Item link.
