Create a new member by clicking the Create New Member button in the "Members” view.

You can also create a new member by pressing +1 for the Members submenu in the Customer module.

The “New member” dialog opens. Create a new member by registering information about the new member. Register contact details, member details and address.

To register a new member, you must register at least one identifier. An identifier is used to identify the member. An identifier is configurable.
Valid identifiers: Member Number, Mobile Number, Email address or social security number (Swedish/Finnish Social Security Number).
New members must confirm the terms of membership to join the customer club, registration of the “Member terms” field is mandatory.

The solution can be configured so that a member is integrated with an address provider (such as Bisnode).
If you register a valid identifier (such as Swedish social security number or Norwegian mobile number), a lookup will be made with the address provider. If information about the member is found, the personal information will be retrieved and registered in the dialog.

If you cannot find the member, you can register information about the member manually.

Click on the Create Member button once the information about the member has been registered. Member details view opens.
