Create new customer order

There are two ways to create a new customer order. The first is to click on the +1 next to “Customer orders” in the menu.
You can also enter the “Customer orders” view and click on the New Customer order button in the bottom right corner.
The “New customers order” menu opens.
Search for customer and, if relevant, project and choose from the list.
Click Create to create the order.
The “New customer order” view opens.
Fill inn the relevant fields and press Save to save the details.

Submit order
When all details in the customer orders are registered, you choose Submit order to activate the order. The order status is now "Active" and will be available in EG POS.
