The Stamp Card Rules register presents an overview of the Stamp Card rules defined in Chain Web. The stamp card rules are the basis for how a stamp card campaign works. This is where you can edit existing rules and add new ones as required.
New stamp card rule
To create a new stamp card rule, click on the New stamp card rule button. This will open the “New stamp card rule” dialog.
Enter a name and description (optional) of the stamp card rule, if applicable.
Tick the desired type of stamp card. There are three types of stamp cards:
Progress bar based on sales amount
Used to reward customers who shop for a certain sum over a specific period.
Stamp card criteria: Register the amount for which the customer must buy to be rewarded.
Leave the field blank to define it in the Stamp card campaign.
Stamps based on sales amount
Used to reward customers who are frequent shoppers.
Stamp card criteria: Register the amount for which the customer must buy to receive a stamp. Leave the field blank to define it in the Stamp card campaign.
Number of stamps per sale: You can choose from “Unlimited number of stamps per sale” and “Maximum (specified quantity) stamps per sale”.
Criteria to receive reward: Specify the number of stamps the member must have to receive a reward. Leave the field blank to define it during the Stamp card campaign.
Stamps based on selected items bought
Criteria to receive reward: Specify the number of stamps the member must have to receive a reward. Leave the field blank to define it during the Stamp card campaign.
Example of use: When a customer buys a coffee cup, he gets the fourth cup for free.
Click Save to create the new stamp card rule.
Stamp card rule details
You can view the details for a single stamp card rule by clicking on the orange arrow on the line for the stamp card rule.
A new view with details of the desired stamp card rule opens. In this view you can edit the stamp card rule.
If you make changes, you must save the changes by pressing Save.
