You can view stock status for a specific item/store by clicking the name under the “Item text” in the Stock status view.
What you can see and do in this view depends on your user permissions.
In this view you can view stock status for a specific item in a selected store, create new transactions and export to Excel.
The stock status details view has two tabs, Status and Transactions.
Status tab
The stock status details opens in the Status tab. The view displays stock status for the given item. It consists of three main sections: Stock status, Model and Other store.
Stock status
At the top there is a drop-down list. If you have access to more than one store you can check stock status for other stores by selecting store from a drop-down list.
Below the drop-down list there is a donut chart. It show key values for the selected store:
Number of items reserved
Number of items available
Number of items in stock
Below the chart the number of items ordered, and last counted date are shown.
Model
The model section is presented when the item is a model item with multiple colors and/or sizes. Otherwise this section is hidden.
In this section details about other items within the model is displayed. It show model number and name on the top. You can change the content based on colors and size stock. If the model have multiple colors or sizes, the color/size field is displayed as a drop-down list so you can switch between models.
Other store
In the Other store section stock statistics for the given item is in other stores.
Two checkboxes is displayed above the table, by default they are checked, the selection can be changed:
Show only stores with items in stock
Show only related stores
That means that the user only see only stores with positive stock and store that are related stores.
Transactions tab
The Transaction tab shows all transactions for the selected item for the selected store. The grid is sorted by date, the newest transactions on the top. From this view it is possible to create New transaction and Export to Excel.
Filter transactions
Transactions can be filtered using the filter panel. Click on the arrow to the right of transaction overview to open the filter panel. By default now filtering is set, all transactions is shown.
Filter panel can be collapsed (closed again) by clicking on the arrow to the top right of the panel.
Date
Select date at the top of the filter panel.
Date choice: Date choice is the default choice. You can filter the transactions by adding date form and date to using the calendar icon or write the date.
In addition to the "Date choice" there are some predefined periods: Yesterday, This week, Last week and Last month. After selecting one of these periods date fields are fulfilled with proper values.
Transaction type
Below the date selection you can filter on transaction type. You can select as many transaction types as you need. By default all the transaction types are selected. You can change selection by ticking the options you want to see and unticking the options you do not want to filter on.
At the bottom of the filter panel there are 3 buttons:
Apply – Click on the Apply button when you have added wanted selection. The result is shown in the overview.
Reset - Click on the Reset button to reset your selection.
Clear – Click on the Clear button to clear all fields. This clears all selections.
