Article summary

A/B testing refers to a randomized experimentation process wherein two or more versions of a variable are shown to different segments or groups at the same time, to determine which version leaves the maximum impact and drives business metrics.

A/B testing can be used to try to increase your sales by testing different variants of a campaign on two or more groups. In A/B testing you can use test groups to compare variants of the campaign, to find the best variant of your campaign.

You find an overview of A/B testing campaigns in the AB testing tab in the Member campaigns menu. This is where you view, among other things, the campaign’s status, and details about existing campaigns, and create new.
