Store Management is one of the basis platform modules in EG Cloud, containing the retail chain company structure:

Define price profiles per country

• A profile is for stores that share the same products and ordinary prices

• A store must can and must be linked to one profile only

• All stores within a profile must be from the same country

Define teams of stores that are grouped together

• A team defined as a price zone will share the same ordinary prices

• All stores within a price zone must be within the same profile

• A team can be used for access control management, reporting purposes or promotions

• A store can be linked to multiple teams, but only one price zone

A store is linked to a company with organization number

• Multiple stores can be linked to the same company

All changes of stores and store groups are exported (synchronized) from StoreService to other modules and 3rd party systems subscribing to exported data (JSON-lines format) from the service.

Both stores and companies can be imported and exported using Excel or through API.
