Bonus rollouts

Bonus rollouts are used to calculate and distribute bonus checks based on the bonus points earned. This procedure is done by the chain typically every quarter. Depending on the chain’s preferences, the distribution may start automatically after the calculation has been completed. The chain may have the option to check the quality of the calculation before bonus checks are distributed to members.

When can you use bonus rollouts?

The Bonus rollouts menu is only used by customers who have selected “Distribute bonus checks manually as part of regular routines” in the Loyalty programs menu. See the description of Bonus in the Loyalty programs menu.

When you open the Bonus rollouts menu, you will get an overview of all historical and scheduled bonus rollouts. This will show the distribution date, status and number of bonus checks, etc.

You can see the details of bonus rollouts on the list and create a new bonus rollout if all bonus rollouts have been distributed.

Multiple ongoing bonus rollouts not permitted

Having multiple ongoing (active or scheduled) bonus rollouts is not permitted.

All bonus rollouts must be distributed before a new bonus rollout can be created.
