Create new count group

New count group can be created by clicking on the New count group button.
The New count group view opens. It has two sections: Group details and Store level.
Group details: Add a Name to the count group (required) and add a Description (optional).
Store level: Select store level your options are All stores, Selected stores, Selected teams, and Selected profiles.
All stores are the default choice. For the other options you must tick the store level wanted and select the stores, teams, or profile you want to add to the count group. It is possible to select more than one.
Click on the Create button to create the count group.
The Manage items view opens. In this view you manage items that should be included in the item group. Items can be added to the item group either by using Static selection (Item list or Item group list) or Dynamic selection (Item segmentation).
Static selection using item list
Item lists can be used to manage items in the count group.
Click on the Item list button.
The "Use item list" view opens. You can select an existing item list, or create a new item list.
Use existing item list
The “Use item list” view displays a list of existing item lists.
Existing item list can be selected by clicking on the name of the item list in the "Name" column, or search for the item list. When you select an item list it is added to the count group.

Create a new item list
Click on the New item list button
The "New item list" dialog opens. Add a Name to the new item list (required), and a Description (optional).
Click Create to create a new item list. The new item list opens in a new view where you select the items.
Select items by ticking items in the + column on the item(s) you want to add.
Or use filter to filter the items you want to add to the item list. In the example below the filter is "Item text" - basic and "Color" - red, the result is all items with item text "Basic T-shirt" and color "Red".
Click in the + column on the items you want to add to the item list or click Select all if you want to select all items in the filter.
If you want to select more items, you must remove the filter by clicking on the “Clear filter” button next to the filter button.
Then you can add more items, either by ticking one and one item, or by adding a new filter.
At the bottom of the page, you find functions that can be used to modify your selection.

Edit item list
The item list can be edited after it is added to the Count group. Click on the name of the count group, the selected count group details view opens.
Click on the Manage items button and selecting "Edit item list.
The Item list opens. You can edit the items in the item list.

Static selection using item group list
Item group lists can be used to manage items in the count groups.
Click on the Item group list button.
The "Use item group list" view opens. It displays existing item group lists.
You can select an existing item group list from the list by clicking on the name of the item list in the "Name" column, or search for the item group list. When you select an item group list it is added to the count group.
Edit item group list
Item group list can be edited after it is added to the Count group. Click on the name of the count group, the selected count group details view opens.
Click on the Manage items button and selecting "Edit item group list".

Dynamic section using item segmentation
Item segmentation can be used to manage items in the count groups.
Items can be selected by:
Selecting an existing list segment.
Creating a new segment with relevant selection criteria.
Count groups with dynamic selections are updated every night.
Click on the Item segmentation button.
The "Use item segment" view opens. You can select an existing item segment, or create a new item segment.
Use existing item segment
The “Use item segment” view displays existing item segments.
Existing item segment can be selected from the list by clicking on the name of the item segment in the "Name" column, or search for the item segment. The selected item segment it is added to the count group.
Create a new item segment
New item segmentation can be created by clicking on the New segmentation button.
The "New segmentation" dialog opens. Add a name to the segmentation and a Description (optional).
Click Create, to create a new segmentation.
A new segmentation is created. In the New group view you can use segmentation to select the items in Count group.

Edit item segmentation
Item in the item segmentation can be managed by clicking on the Manage items button and select "Edit item segmentation".
The item segmentation opens. Name of the item segmentation can be edited, and it is possible to Edit group, Delete group and Add new group.
When Item segmentation is used for selection the item segmentation opens. You can view the items by clicking on the View items button. Then the items is displayed in the "View items" view.
