The Label lists menu provides an overview of label lists generated from InStore App as well as those created manually. Newly created label lists appear at top, with default sorting based on the creation date.

Label lists can be sorted and filtered as needed. For users who have access to only one store, the columns for store number and store name are hidden.  the store number and name columns are not visible. Each label list is associated with a specific label type and store pair.

To print labels, select the desired label list by clicking on the label type in the “Label Type” column. This action opens a new view displaying detailed information about the items and the quantity of labels to be printed.

  1. To print labels, click on the Print labels button. This action opens the "Print labels" dialog, which shows details such as the number of labels to be printed and the type of label.

  1. Upon clicking the Print labels button, a print dialog will open. This dialog provides a preview of the label(s) and allows the user to adjust printer settings if needed.  

  2. Click on the Print button to start printing the labels. Once the process is complete, the label list will be marked as printed.

  3. Pricing for ordered labels: The current active store price is applied to labels at the time of printing. For example, if labels were ordered via the InStore App previously and are printed today, the system will use the store’s current price.

  4. Adding labels from item lists:

    • If some items in the list do not have prices or are not part of the active store assortment for the specified store, labels for these items will not be added to the label list.

  5. Labels added via API:

    • If a label for an item added through the API lacks a price or is not in the active assortment, a warning will appear during the label printing process. This warning will indicate the exact number of labels that will be printed.
