In POS Configuration you can configure which functions will require reason codes and/or action codes.
When it has been defined that a function is to have a reason code and/or action code, a dialog will be displayed for selecting the reason code and any action codes, if applicable.

The available reason codes/action codes depend on what has been configured in POS Configuration and the Backoffice system.
