The Return defect item menu is used to register the return of defective items in InStore App. Returns of defective items undergo further processing in Chain Classic.
Start Return defect item
Tap the Return defect item menu. The start screen for Return defect item will open.
Tap Start. A screen for registering a reason code will open.
Select reason code from the drop-down list.
Tap Add items, the registration screen for Return defect item will open.
Registration of items is done the same way as for most transactions.
