Submit and approve promotion

When registration of a promotion is finished you can submit and approve the promotion.
Submit promotion
You will find unsubmitted promotions under the “Promotions” registers marked as “Draft”.

Click on the name to enter the chosen promotion details view.
Click on the Submit promotion button.

The "Submit promotion" dialog opens. It shows an overview of promotion details and offers in the promotion.

Click on the Submit promotion button.
Promotion is submitted for approval.
The message "Promotion has been submitted for approval" is displayed at the bottom of the page.

Status changes to Pending approval.

Approve promotion
You will find unapproved promotions under the “Promotions” registers marked as “Pending approval”.

Click on the name to enter the chosen promotion details view.
Click on the Approve promotion button. "Approve promotion" dialog opens. It shows an overview of the promotion.

Click Approve promotion, to approve the promotion.
The message "Promotion has been approved" is displayed at the bottom of the page.

Promotion will be activated when the valid period starts.
If valid from is in the past, information about it is displayed at the top of the "Approve promotion" dialog. Date and time will be updated, and the promotion starts when you click on the Approve promotion button.

Status changes to “Active” when the promotion is approved.

Status changes to "Planned" if the promotion has a start date/time later than the current date/time.
