Edit items in offers

In the Manage items view you have four functions at the bottom of the view after the items are added; Clear selection, Export to Excel, Import items and Edit selection.

To enter the Manage items view, click Manage item in the “Offers” section in the promotion details for the relevant promotion.

Clear selection

You can remove all items in the selection.

Click on the Clear selection button.

"Clear selection" dialog opens.

Click on the Clear selection button to confirm. Items are removed from the offer.

The "Manage items" view opens, you must choose how items should be selected.

Export to excel

Items can be exported to Excel. The export can be used as a template for import of items.

Click on the Export to Excel button. At the bottom of the page, you are informed that the Export has started.

You get a notification when the offer items have been exported. You can click on the "Download file" link in the notification to download the file. You can save it to a folder to use for import.

Import items

You can use the "Import items" function to upload a file containing the items you want to add to your offer. It can contain kickback, promotion prices etc.
The best way to get a template for import is to use the "Export to Excel" function to export offer items on the level you want to import. You can use this file as a template.
Modify the wanted rows in the Excel file and save it. Consider removing columns you do not want to modify, except the identifier columns.

Remember not to remove or unhide the column definitions for such Excel templates.

Click on the Import items button, the "Import items" dialog opens.

You can select the level the items should be added on. Your options are 'Item level', 'Variant level' or 'Model level'. Tick the wanted level. By default, 'Item level' is selected.

Click on Select file, select file, and click Open, to upload the file. Then you click on the Import Excel file button to import the file.

You get a notification when the import is done. The items are added to the offer.

Identifier columns on level:

·       Item level: SKU or GTIN or item number

·       Variant level: model number and color

·       Model level:  model number

Edit item list/edit item group list

It is possible to edit the item list/item group list. Click on the Edit item list/Edit item group list button. Item list/Item group list opens.

This is only visible when the selection is static.

Edit item segmentation

You can edit item segmentation. Click on the Edit item segmentation button. Segmentation opens in a new view.

This is only visible when the selection is dynamic.
