The EG cloud gift card module is a solution that gives the user possibility to issue, redeem, maintain, and optionally deliver a digital gift card to the customers. 

The module is fully integrated in EG POS and it is also possible to use the API for integrated partners.

Digital gift cards increase customer satisfaction and reduces cost for the retailer:

• Digital gift cards give reduced or no costs for production of plastic gift cards.

• Low costs related to issuing and taking payment by gift card.

• Increased loyalty club recruitment by registration of mobile phone number, e-mail address or App download.

Gift cards

The Gift cards menu displays an overview of existing gift cards in the system. You can change column layout, hide/sort columns and set columns as locked.

In this view you can export gift cards to Excel, view gift card balance and maintain gift cards.
