Create new user role

Enter the “User roles” view by clicking on the User roles button in the Systems menu.

Click the New user role button to create a new User role.

The "New user role" dialog opens.

It is two different "Role types":

• Common role – Common role is default. It is used to give access to functions common for all stores (e.g., registers).

• Store role – Store role is used to give access to users on store level (e.g., price for item).

You must add Code – name of the role.

In addition, you could select "Role type". You can select "Common role" (default) or "Store role".

Click Create. The User role details screen opens.
