Internal transfer

Internal Transfer is used if you want to transfer items from one store in the chain to another. The feature is the same for other item transactions in InStore App with respect to user functionality.

For internal transfers, you first must select a store to deliver the items to before the items can be registered.

Internal transfers can be carried out with or without a specified cost price for the items.

Starting Internal transfer

1. Tap the Internal Transfer menu.

2. A screen showing the available stores will open. Select the store to which the items will be transferred.

3. The “Cost price discount” dialog will pop up. Select whether to give a Cost price discount.

4. If you tap No discount or Cancel, the registration screen will open.

5. If you tap Give discount, the “Define cost price discount” dialog will open. Enter the discount as a percentage.

6. Tap Set discount to give the cost price discount when registering items.

7. The registration screen will open. The store selected is displayed at the top of the screen.

8. Items are registered in the same way as in other item transactions.

9. Cost price is displayed when registering items. If a discount has been chosen, the discount percentage is displayed:
