Sales per hour report

The hourly statistics contain sales data from the entire store. The cash register must be connected to head office in order to retrieve data for the statistics. If there is a loss of connection to head office a message will be displayed.

1. Select Hourly statistics.

2. A window is displayed for you to select a date. Use the arrow keys to scroll through dates or enter the date. Press OK when you reach the required date.

3. A graph is displayed showing columns and hourly intervals. The height of the columns indicates sales in kroner.

4. Tap the right or left arrow, a new image will be displayed showing the figures per hour in a table. If no sales have been made within an hourly interval, this interval will not be shown.

Sales per cashier

Sales per cashier is used to display a report on sales per cashier for a selected date.

1. Select Sales per cashier.

2. A new window is displayed for you to select a date. Select the required date. Press OK.

3. A report will be displayed with a column for each cashier. The cashier number is shown below each column. The height of the columns indicates sales in kroner.

4. If you tap the right or left arrow, a new image will be displayed showing the figures for each cashier in a table.

5. Press C/Esc to return to the registration view.

On-screen reports

It is possible to generate reports from Reporting at the cash register.

1. Select the required report.

2. A new window opens, where the report begins to load. Report loading is displayed in the upper-left corner.

3. When the report has finished loading, the selected report will be displayed on-screen. At the top of the screen is a selection view, where you can make selections for certain fields/values.  The selections available depend on which report has been opened and how the report display has been configured. If you have made selections in the selection view, you can tap View Report to generate a new report.

You can close the report by tapping the icon in the bottom-right corner. This will display the keyboard, where you can tap C to close the report. You can also close the report by pressing Esc.
