Each register panel shows a live view of the ongoing receipt in that register. The user can follow the sale as the customer registers items and can act on requests for the sale directly.
The receipt area has three tabs:
Current – the sale in progress. It shows Average, Items and Total, a member icon if a member is on the sale, and the item lines with quantity, text and amount. Quantities are shown as in "2x" or "1.36kg". Before the first scan the view shows "Waiting for the first scan…". In duty-free installations it also shows a flight strip with the number of boarding passes and Flight, From, Dest and Flcode.
Previous – the last finished sale for the register: the total followed by its payments (for example Cash, Card or Gift card).
History – the sale before the previous one.
If a sale is not available, the app shows "Previous sale is not available" or "Earlier sale is not available". The Previous and History tabs are built from the sales that finish while the app is running, so they can be empty after a restart of the service until new sales have finished. Where it is available, older sales are loaded when the register panel is opened.
