Balance

The Gift card balance show gift card balance per store and total balance for all stores. In the Balance tab you see total balance per store for the given date. In the Details tab you see summary per transaction type.

When you open the gift card balance view, numbers are updated and display the current balance.

Details tab

In the details tab you see a summary per transaction type in the defined date period. There is one column per transaction type (expired, issued, paid, re-gifted and balance correction).

Select date period.

Export to Excel

Gift card balance can be exported to Excel. Click on the Export to Excel button. An Excel file is downloaded. You can click on the Excel file at the left at the bottom of the screen to open the Excel file.
